How long is a CTC party? Usually our parties are 2 hours long with an hour of games to start, a 20-30 minute food break and a grand finale of pass the parcel and dancing! However, shorter parties are available upon request and we have been known to entertain for up to 4 hours so there really is no set time limit.
How much does a CTC party cost? The CTC strives to create tailor-made parties to suit your needs so every party is different and therefore so are our prices. We pride ourselves on providing great value for money and the best possible package for your budget so please contact us to discuss you requirements.
Where do CTC parties take place? We always come to you whether that’s a venue that you have hired or your home – it’s completely up to you! If the party is to take place in your home then you will just need to ensure there is a designated place that is big enough for the activities to take place in relation to how many children will be there. We are also able to recommend local venues available for hire upon request.
What ages can the CTC entertain? We normally entertain children aged 3-11 years but as our parties are so adaptable and tailor-made to suit your needs there really is no upper age limit and we have entertained some fantastic parties for teenagers with a Popstars or Musicals theme.
How many children can the CTC entertain? We can entertain as little or as many children as you would like and we adjust the size of our team accordingly.
What do I need to provide? The CTC provide everything for the party (including pass the parcel) so all you need to do is provide a venue, food/cake, a table and plug socket and leave it to us!
Are the CTC entertainers DBS (CRB) checked? Yes, all of our entertainers have current DBS checks, which can be provided upon request.
How far in advance should I book my CTC party? When booking party a deposit is required at least one month before to secure your chosen day, time and theme. The remaining balance is then payable on the day of the party. If a booking is made within a one month period then we would suggest a deposit is made as soon as possible to avoid any disappointments.
